1. Email it back to us or give us a call and we can take care of it over the phone

2. Determine a date and time for the event:
   
   Pick a date that you feel is the best month, day of the week, and time for your employees
   Pick a place that will comfortably accommodate your group for 90 minutes
   
    

3. Start publicizing the event

4. We provide you with everything you need including: (a) Text for an introduction email or letter to be sent to the employees address, (b) Press Releases, (c) Display posters and (d) Promotional flyers

   … and step-by-step instruction so the preparation is as easy as possible for you

If for whatever reason your employees are not satisfied with the Thin From Within program, they will be give a FULL refund for the price they paid for the seminar on the spot.
